Singleplayer (SP)

Installation Instructions for Animations and Poses

FiveM Players:

Our .YCD animations and poses can be used in FiveM and singleplayer (SP). However, these instructions are for SP (singleplayer) only.

There are a variety of methods which can be used to access .YCD files in FiveM. You can find FiveM tutorials on how to use the various methods on YouTube.

If this is your first time installing .YCD files to your FiveM server, I recommend watching FiveM tutorial videos on a few of the different methods as some methods may be easier to learn than others.

Important Information

For successful installation of our .YCD files, we recommend following our instructions exactly as written. If you choose to not follow our instructions and you have an unsuccessful installation, we will ask that you follow our instructions before troubleshooting any issues that you may have.

We recommend verifying that all necessary prerequisites for this installation have been installed correctly and are functioning as expected before installing us .YCD files.

Prerequisites

List of prerequisites to have installed before following this tutorial:

You will need to have the customanims dlcpack installed. If you do not have the customanims dlcpack already installed, you can download a fresh copy from GTA5-Mods. Installation instructions are provided on GTA5-Mods. The URL Link to the customanims dlcpack is: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/custom-animations-add-on-customanims

To use the animations in-game, I recommend using Menyoo. You can use other mod menus that have the functionality to support animations/poses (.ycd files), but these instructions will be provided for singleplayer Menyoo only. If you do not have Menyoo already installed, you can download the most recent version of Menyoo from GitHub. The URL link to the Menyoo GitHub is: https://github.com/MAFINS/MenyooSP/releases Installation instructions are provided with the files, but if you are having difficulties installing Menyoo, you can watch the many YouTube tutorials which demonstrate how to install and use Menyoo.
