Do you accept custom conversion requests?

Yes. I accept custom orders for custom chains (pendants only), cross-platform apparel conversions from Sims4 and IMVU (hair only). Please message me on one of my social media platform to discuss pricing and further details.

When will new content be added?

New content will be added throughout each month, so be sure to check the website frequently.

How fast will I receive my purchased content?

Instantly! Once you complete payment, you will be redirected to a direct URL download link where you can download your purchased items.

Can I make content suggestions?

Always! If you would like to make content suggestions, please email contact@goldiemods.com with URL links to the content you are suggesting to be considered for uploads from either Sims4 or IMVU (hair only).

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, digital content cannot be refunded after access to download the content has been granted.
